Dear Sir/Madam,
My husband has a LLP (this is the first year of filing) and he and his CA tried to upload forms on MCA portal today (31/12/2020) since morning but as the site was heavy they were not able to upload the forms. Now, when they tried it at 1 PM (i.e. 01/01/2021) site worked and they were able to upload the form on MCA portal but it is showing the additional fee of Rs. 6350/- (separately with normal fee). Is there a way we can ask for a waiver of the fee from any authority? or what should we do to save the penalty (additional fee). Can anyone please help urgently?
