i was cleared my ipcc of nov.12 exam and after that i completed all formalatie regarding article ship in 16th fabuary 2013 as stamped in form 112 by regional office but unfortunetly there is some mistake and my article ship registration date effective from 3rd july 2013 as mentioned in my article ship registration letter...now i want to know that for taking trnasfer in first year what will be date i consider.....3 july 2013 or 16th fab.2013...
plz guide me.......
Dear Rahul, in my opinion it will be considered from 3rd of July, 2013 because you effectively got registered with the ICAI w.e.f the date mentioned above. You should contact with ICAI for further clarity over this matter.
16th feb 2013 will be the effective date if u have mentioned that in form 112.
dear udit if my date will consider 16th fab. than my final attempt should be as per 16th fab.2013 i.e. nov. 15 and than what is the meaning of institute registered date?
plz make me sure about this?
