Who shall be appointed as the liquidator and how in case of Voluntary Winding Up of a Private Ltd. Company?

An insolvency professional shall be a liquidator.
If the company is dormant for 2 years then you can directly file for striking off of company, no need to go for liquidation
It has been operating.. But, as there is not much revenue generation, it wants to wind up. Where will I find such professionals who r empanelled by the CG for liquidation?
