Hi,
I have a querry regarding VSV. I received formvsv5 (showing the refundable amount in my case) and it's been over 6 months, 10 to be exact. I am not sure why is it taking so long for the department to credit the due refund. I was hoping to talk to someone who has had a similar situation or potentially some solution to speed up the process.

I have already done that twice (i mean send the AO letter). But knowing how efficient our department is, I feel that just isn't enough... So I was actually more curious whether anyone else already got their refund and of so, whether they did anything specific after getting their form 5.
I also have not received refund its 18 months now
