For Allied Chapters (Human Resource Accounting etc.,)  you can refer Padhuka. For chapters like CFS, Amalgamation refer other books for concepts. Padhuka book can be used to solve illustrations.

vijay kumar and padhuka both books are good.

padhuka give you details explanation than vijay kumar.

padhuka books contain more practical problem than vijay kumar.

i used both books.

go for padhuka
