Chapter of “Electricity Company” has been re-written based on the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003. This is applicable from May 2013 exams. Earlier chapter was as per Electricity Supply Act, 1948.

For example, financial statements as per Revised Schedule VI, Method of depreciation for replacement of asset.

So, please tell me that the old things like replacement cost, cost of capitalization, distribution of profiits, clear profit , reasonable returns are there are not 

beacuse these are not present in the new study material...

please reply.

is replacement cost, capital base etc are not asked in may 13 xam?? or we have to study the old and new syallbu sboth for electricity company??

You have to refer new study materials, I request you to refer them asap as exams are going to be ON  . 
And all these topics won't be asked as the question on elctricity will be entirely on Electricity Act 2003, so only Final accounts will be asked. like to prepare a proft&loss A/c or Balance sheet or Both in Revised Schedule VI format. 
Study Material only contains these type of questions only. 
Do refer them once and RTP too.
