Very urgent query

this is the third time , i am asking the same question

please help me its very urgent.

Is there something in THe Framework for preparation and presentation of Financial Statement or in Accounting Standard that if an expenditure exceeds to 10 % of turnover or 5000 whichever is higher, it should be not be disclosed under the head miscellaneous expenditure and should be disclosed under a specific head???
