YES, STAMP DUTY & REGITRY CHARGES CAN BE DEDUCTED AS EXPENDITURE ON TRANSFER IF IT IS SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED IN THE REGISTRY ITSELF, THAT THE TRANSFER & REGISTRY EXPENSES HAS BEEN BORNE BY THE SELLER.
