Turnover less than 1 crore : Quaterly Return(30.6.,30.9,30.12&31.3) Within 20 days after the end of the quater
However Tax to be paid every month within 20 days of the end of the month
E.g : Tax : For the month of february then upto 20.3.2013.
Return : 20.4.2013
Turnover Exceeds 1 Crore : Tax & Return Each month within the 20 days of next month.
E.g. Tax For the month of february then upto 20.3.2013.
