Sir, We are Partnership Firm running in Karaikal Under Puducherry VAT registration. We propose to buy a edibile oil from the Importer. He is also having Puducherry VAT registration. The edible oil so purchased is propose to transfer our branch at Mahe (al so having same VAT registration). Let us suggest what are forms to be used for branch transfter? And VAT implication on this issue.
