how can I challenge the valid Conduct if the meeting wherein I was removed as the director?
the meeting was supposed to be held at the regd office of the company, which is locked owing to litigation.
the other director has filed the forms citing valid conduct if meeting, which was not held.
please help.

If registered office is locked due to litigation then the meeting shall be held in any other place authorised by all the Directors.

Thanks for the reply sir. The venue of the meeting was mentioned as the regd office of the company in the notice of EGM
You can ask the picture of egm as it's mandatory to take pictures as per secretarial standards and than you can challenge the meeting in ROC
