Vacancy for CS/CS(INTER)

Is this vacany for freshers CS..

No, for CS experience ranges from 2-9 years whereas for Inter passed candidates it's 1 year.  However in conditions its written that requirement for exeprience can be relaxed for deserving/exceptional candidates.

As per advertisement all the positions are based at corporate office at bangalore.  Hence most probably at least the first posting will be at Bangalore

I am student of CS final and cleared 3 groups and also my article ship. I want to go for job. How can I go for it???
