Uttarakhand vat rate changes from 4.5% to 5% and 12.5% to 13

Uttarakhand VAT Rate changes with effect from 28-05-2012 from 4.5% to 5% and 12.5% to 13.5%

For the existing entries at serial number (a) and (d) of clause (i) of sub-section (2)(b) of section 4 the following entries shall be substituted; respectively:-

(b) In respect of goods specified in schedule II(B)                    5 percent

(d) In respect of goods other than those included

in any of the schedules                                                       13.5 percent
