We issued Form UPVAT-D to IOCL for concessional pur.of Diesel.Now we require the Utilization format of the same sothat we submit the utilization & re-issue Form UPVAT-D from Commercial Tax Deptt.Noida.U.P.

Format Of Form D utilisation for purchase of dise,lubricating at concessional rate,basically a certificate that such goods has been utilised in manufacture of goods whic shall be issued by commissioner,monthly.
