UTGST will be levied in place of SGST in union territories without their own legislatures. The UTGST bill, along with CGST and IGST bills, 

 UTGST refers to a tax that is levied on intra-state supply of goods and services , UTGST Rates and Thus for the purpose of the GST Law, the UT's of Delhi and Puducherry are Sales From, Sales To, Amount of Sale, Type of Tax, GST Amount.
