REFER TO PARA 3.16.3 OF FOREIGN TRADE POLICY 2009-10 " THE SHIS SHALL BE WITH ACTUAL USER CONDITION AND SHALL BE USED FOR IMPORTS OF CAPITAL GOODS (as Defined in FTP) relating to sector specified in Para 3.16.4.
Before you use it to pay the duty you have register the license with respective customs authority, if that is what was your query
