Nope. That's not allowed unless you're a graduate (with atleast 55% in aggregate in case of Commerce degree and atleast 60% in case of others) or CS - executive exams cleared or CMA inter exams cleared.
cs foundation is not possible, but after clearing CS intermediate you can enrol,
