if article registration form is submit without draft to institute
how to rectify

Didnt they check the form whether the draft was there or not? Anyways just call them up or visit personally and talk to them.

well... Just contact them and ask for the solution... I guess you must have sent the form by post. They may ask you send the draft by post,or just repeat the whole thing. and yeah... you need to be bit careful while sending off few things... unlike fb msgs... on a lighter note...
