special cvd paid on capital goods gets 100 percent credit in the same year. my question is that the 50 percent credit to be taken on capital goods shall be calculated excluding it or including it !!!!

In my opinion When the CVD is additionaly given 100% credit in first yr. itself.......then 50% credit to given on capital goods would'nt include such CVD............
Because if it is included, it would be totally irrelevant to give 100% exemtion on CVD....when it can be claimed anyway.............
