Urgent rtp audit
In RTP of Advanced Auditing Q6c on rotation of auditor paid up capital limit for Private Ltd co is 50 crores is it correct as per sec 139(2) as in corrigendum also no change is made for the limit. Please guide what is the correct limit for pvt Ltd company.
