My hometown is in Patna & my parents are already working there.
I m doing my articleship in Delhi & have completed 1yr & 2months of training.
Now, i want to move to patna and complete rest of my articleship there due to some family issues.
Does it satisfy the grounds of transfer after one year.??

Sry but as per my knwldge...it u want to tke trnsfr den u have to tke in in the first year itself....
So its not allowed i guess.
look you need to find loop holes... thats where we indians are best...
Every law has some loop holes... Thats why we pay advocates
Now the thing is... there is tranfer allowed if you can prove that medical issues..
get some documents prepared from your family docter.. and send to ICAI...
Anything is possible... and its proportion how badly u want.
