Urgent query

Vishal I think its very late now as you have to submit 108 form with in one month from the date of completion of articles i.e 31/01/2011 in your case,without penalty..No auditor can compel the student to work like that...If you take any excess leave talk to your auditor regarding this matter and try to clear the issue..remedy is complaining against the auditor which is not advisable...so have a talk to your auditor and clear the matter...Dont waste your 3 years article period...all d best

if you have all the details of stipend paid and hours you worked for that 3 years and any log book if possible maintained in office, then go for disclplinary committe of institure you will surely get justice just unilateraly send that form 108 along with a letter mentioneing your problem, to the secretary of the insti if you are strong at will and you are willing to fight for it strongly then go for it

I think watever written by nimit is d correct way........but  last time  u must ask d Principal to sign n thn evn if he still refuses thn do wat is written by nimit.

Dont worry be confident....n keep all ur worksheeet  n d amt he has paid u as stipend for undergoing articleship in hand in case if  Discliplinary  Committee of ICAI requires for investigation.

tell him to  sign form no. 108 because it is compulsory. othervise write your complaint about this at e sahayata
