You are requested to kindly guide me on the following issues:
1. Non-payment of stipend by Principal for 3-4 months till the time of signing form 108. Can I claim the stipend from Principal, while submitting Form 108 by writing a letter to the Institute?
2. I am shown 400+ leaves on my Form 108 by the Principal without considering Leave Exemption of 180 days towards IT Training, Exams & Sunday/Holidays, as per Rules & Regulations of ICAI ?
3. In view of non-consideration of leaves as per Rules, my training is extended by one year. Can I appear in CA final attempt before completion of training against extended leaves ?

Urgent Querry - Form 108
hi, when d leave is higher than allowed..i.e. excess.. how will it be compensated aftr submitting 108? means. when u havealread submitted 108 n mentioned excess leave..will d inst. issue a completion certificate only after d extended period or what? or it just depends on mutual understanding wth d employer..that even after 108 u will need to work n againn need to report to icai t u hv completed d excess leave work then whats d meaning of previously submitted 108?
Friends please tell me I have completed my artcleship training as on 31/12/2010. And I have appeared in May 2011 Ca final examination conducted by ICAI. But My CA has refused to sign form108 till not cleared Ca final exam. And forcing me to work in his office. What remady available for me in this regard????????????????????????????????????????
I don't understand how come students who read Contract Act, still ask such things.. Are you under a contract that you still working? What were the original terms of agreement?
You should have sent form 119 within 15 days of completion, which you didn't.

I have completed my articleship on 18th of dec 2010 and submitted form 108 on 25 th may 2011..They have sent me a letter where they have stated some problem with the form regarding practical trainig. They have asked to submit the form again.But is there any other problem except submitting the form........................................please anybody reply
