Im a sleeping partner in my family business. my article registration had to be done yesterday. but my principal says.. i've to retire.. as it wud lead to problems in future. I told him that ICAI has clearly told that i could be a sleeping partner. Still he's not ready and asks me to retire. what do i do? im so confused :( i've to register before 31st oct so that im eligible for may 2015 exam... please advice.
