Urgent! Plz Help!

Hello dear students and experts.

One of my friend's CA sent his form 108 on 19-05-11 but filled wrong details of the number of leaves taken by him. He filled very less attendance by mistake. Now he is ready to rectify his mistake and complete whatever formality required. Can anyone suggest what to do now? Please reply as soon as possible.

Send new 108 and a written letter requesting replacement of form 108  to ICAI signed by principal and article assistant. Also state the fact that there as a mistake in old form 108 already filed. So replacement is necessary. The problem will be resolved.
