yes..

he already given one attempt in May-10

and skipped nov-10 due to his illness..

Then you can take this matter to institue!

Write a letter stating the problem.

Better say your frnd to take termination from the present princy if he is so rude!

u can state that he would not be ethical to his profession if he says so

Try to conveince him by telling him to extend the articleship period by excess of leave taken by him, if he didnt agree directly write this to institue
