URGENT--Object and Name Change

Hi Friends,

Mine is private limited company. Now i wish change its name convert it in to public company and also wants to change its objects as we want to start a totaly new line of business.

My query is whether i should change the objects of the company first then change its name and convert in to public or change its name first and then object.

Please help it is urgent.
