Hi Friends,
Mine is private limited company. Now i wish change its name convert it in to public company and also wants to change its objects as we want to start a totaly new line of business.
My query is whether i should change the objects of the company first then change its name and convert in to public or change its name first and then object.
Please help it is urgent.

first of all you have to change your object since name must be related to object so first change your object if you first apply for change of name. Roc will direct you to change your object first then go for name change.
