Urgent itt query

Hi all,

I had registerd for 100hrs ITT program which was suppose to start on 14 feb,

however it has been advanced to Feb1.and the timings have also changed... this severly affects my study plans for may 2013 IPCC 

I would like to know if there is a possibilty to request the institute to excuse me so that i can join a batch after may

...

has anyone done something similar?

any formalities/ procedures involved?
