Dear all......plz help me.
The issue is.........
i am a PE 2 passed student & started my articleship on 16/09/2008. i appeared for fina first attempt this nov.
now, i got oppotunity to join industrial trainning. the period of my article left is 8 month (as my CA will sign 109 on 20 jan)
but i have leave of 190 days. i contact 2 official person institute for clarification but they both give a contradictory reply.
as per student career consellor i am eligible bt as per article section i am not.
calculation done by both of the are.........
Student career counselor
Service Period (15/09/2011-16/09/2008) =1 095 days
Leave taken 190 days
Actual 905 days
Leave entitlement (905/6) 151
Excess Leave (190-151) 39 days
so as per her recommendation i am eligible.
As per article section
Service Period (20/01/2011-16/09/2008) = 855 days
Leave taken 190 days
Actual 665 days
Leave entitlement (665/6) 111 Days
Excess Leave (190-111) 79 days
Her recommendation is, though after considering excess leave, i am eligible, but as i have appeared for exam n in exam form i have mentioned that my trainning will be completed on due date ie 15/09/2011, so it may cause cancellaiton of my result as soon as, my trainning extend beyond 31/10/2011. She told me to request my CA to write only 160 days leave, in that case i will be eligible.
confirmation of service(which we need to file after exam) was signed of 11/12/2011 and i submitted it on 13/12/2011.
For me, no idea, who is wright, The Student Counsellor or Article section
plz help me out dear.
make it early, as each passing day may cause me disqualified for industrial trainning.
