Urgent help require on articleship leave call and extension?

IS UR EX BOSS GAVE U THE TRANSFER??

Ya  i took it before april 2009 and duly submiitted form 109 which was accpeted by ICAI and also got lettre from ICAI that i hve been sucessfully  reg under the 3 rd firm .

Pls tell me ams related to ma querries.

First of all you started your articleship in 2008 then how it can be for 3 years.It should be for 3 years and 6 months.

Particular of privious firms:- Firmname/principal name.........Period from.........to.........

I think if we count from 22-9-2008 to 21.9.2011 it comes to 3 yrs as per my knowledge of mathematics dont kno abt u.

Pls ans seriosly dont mak fun here of any 1.

It is not a mathamatical mistake it is a notification of ICAI............3 Years are for only who cames through IPCC...............

Madamji if u read above i have specifically mentioned that i am from PE-2 stream so IPCC and the notification is not applicable ,as for pe-2 passed its 3 years of articleship training.

arey i have a letter of ICAI stating that i hve to undergo articleship for 3 years only  then how come i am wrong?????????

plus 2 of ma frnd also started their articleship just before 15 days of mine n dey have served only 3 years and form no 108 is duly accepted by ICAI den??????????

I THINK U SHOULD CALL THE REGIONAL CENTRE OF CA INSTITUTE....

PRIYA I UNDERSTAND I GOT THE NOTIFICATION.....I THINK U NEED TO understand the term that an article have to complete 42 hours in a week...thats means 42 hours x 52 weeks X 3 years

 i hve given all the figures pls cal n tell me as in form no 108 der is no col. for hrs worked only days col. are mentioned.

Leave authorise in 3 years are 152 days and have to avail 01 more.....
