Can somebody tell me when my first attempt is for CA IPCC if i choose direct entry provided i register on 6.2.2013??

After completing 9 Months of Articleship Training. If your traning was start from 6/2/2013 then you are eligible for IPCC in May'2014. (Subject to comply with other requirements of OP and ITT training.)
