Urgent help needed...for form 108 pls pls reply

I had cleared my pe-2 exams in may 2008 and strted my 3 yrs articleship in month of sep 2008 and

have done my artisleship in 3 firms.

1st firm : from 22-9-2008 to 1-1-2009

2nd firm : from 2-1-2009 to 23-4-2009.

3rd firm : from 24-4-2009- 21-9-2011.

My questions:

q1)

in form 108 when dey are askin for date of commencement of artisleship on page 4 of

form no 108 den wat should i write from above 3 dates ie of last firm date of 24-4-2009

or actually startting of ma articleship with first firm i.e 22.9.2008???

q2)

In same form on page 4 dey are askin for PERIOD FROM.................... To..............................

Which dat i should write ie from 24-4-2009 to 21.9.2011 of 3rd firm or 22.9.2009-21.9.2011 total period of articship??????

Remember i am askin for 4th page of form 108 and not 1st page as on first page dey are asking for the current pricipal details so ans only if ur cofirmed abt it pls.

Pls reply me its urgent .

You just need to write down the details of current employer only and for last details you have already file Form 109.

the main purpose of filling form 109 is to amend your details as you have taken the transfers during articleship period.

I have recently filled FORM 108 and I know its little confusing.

For Q1 – It should be the starting/registration date of your articleship period with your first CA Firm. In your case, it is 22-09-2008.

For Q2 – It should be the period that you have served for the Principal (CA Firm) for which you are filling the form 108 i.e the last principal under whom have completed your articleship i.e in your case, it is 24-04-2009 to 21-09-2011.

But remember you need to mention only that period for which you were registered under the last CA Firm, I meant that the period between leaving your 2nd firm and joining your 3^rd firm should be ignored if any. But anyways as per the facts you have given there is not even one day difference between the same so you need not worry about it.
