U have to start industrial training before 9 months( at least ), but u didn't start yet..

If u want start now, u have to manage ur auditor and company, which u want to go for training as well...

If u can get the termination from ur auditor as before 3 months, u hav to submit the form within one month of termination...

Finally what the my advice is try to complete ur remaining period with the same auditor..

  • Firstly calculate your days left including excess leave and all. The total days left should be in the range of 9 to 12 months. If you are falling short of that, then request your principal to show more leave taken and extended it upto how much you are required.

  • Secondly communicate your current principal that you are intending to move to do industrial training (well.... institute says you should inform him at least 3months prior to you move out, but mutually you can settle it out).

  • Thirdly get selected in some organisation which is either listed on CA website or fulfills the institutes' requirements. Decide the period for which you desire to do training and of course date of joining. Preferably take a offer letter from the organisation.

  • Fourthly fill 109 for termination of articleship under current principal. Fill 104 for registering into industrial training, frank the form with bankers for Rs. 100/-

  • Finally Join the org and submit both forms to the institute......
