i am not being able to download any files which people are sharing in cci.. do i hv to download any software for it??

no need of any specific software... just update your browser/app and try again
its already an updated version
Please check your antivirus settings. antivirus in your system is giving entruption during download from CCI.
Be sure you have MS Office, Acrobat Reader installed in your computer system.
ya it is already installed
Try to download from any other system then you will understand whether it is a system error or CCI account error.
