i have done articleship for first three months in one firm then rest in other firm

now i m filling the form 108 for final termination...in that form wat period i have to fill full period or three years three months...bcoz i have done 3 months articleship in other firm and at dat time i have 109 for terimination. plss provide me guidance

You have to send 108 for the period you served in the second firm, i.e. 3 years 3 months. The CA certifies only the period in which you have been under him/ her. ICAI already has the details for initial 3 months vide form 109 you sent that time.
