i guess you have not tried at all for joining as article assistant,

one should visit chartered accountant office and you have to made a request for joining as an article assistant

dont wate time,joing into articles as early as possible

Search articleship vacancies in newspapers, icai website, caclubindia websites to get more oppurtunities. dont wait join as soon as possible. there are a lots of vacant articleship seats in many CA Firms these days and they are flaashing on various websites. check them

what are the Institute Norms available for a CA Student, if a CA does not  give transfer in first year of articleship training.

actually you have to request your principal for permission to transfer to another city,

ICAI will not interfere in this matter,any dispute between employer and employee should be settled by them selves only.
