Dear all,
My cousin is undergoing his articleship training since last 8 months. Due to some reasons his seniors called him yesterday and asked to leave the organisation. He convinced them that if he leaves the articleship training in between his career will b wasted and convinced them to provide atleast dummy. They said ok but only for some time, after which he will have to find another CA and get transfer. But the problem is that the transfer rules are so strict that he can hardly get the transfer.
What should he do. Kindly guide as early as possible as his career is at stake.
