I don't know the form no.. But yes,u need to inform ICAI for the same.. And if time clashes or some disturbance occurs in articleship due to such partnership., ICAI may restrict u or deny the permission for sure....

And yes, form 112 is only reqd for the same, i remembered now... The "B" part of the same form...

yes,.before joining as a partner u have to inform 2 the institute by filling form no 112.it contains the details like timings etc.u should be careful that the timings should nt clash with articles timing&form 112 is enough , i think so

As the whole business hours is for Articleship anyway, so how one can do business otside such timings? It becomes quite impracticle to do business and articleship.
