18 September 2010If an article has taken 100 excess leaves and then served 90 days towards the excess leave taken will he be allowed 10 days leave on the basis that he is allowed 15 days (90/6) leave considering 1/6 of the actual period served...?

no extra leaves will be allowed
leaves ae calculated on the basis of total articleship period
let say
according to 3.5 year article ship
8.5 months leaves are alowed
you have already taken
10 month
you have to serve bal 1.5 months
dont expect leaves again
