Urgent: EC & SHEC
In computation of education and SHEC for customs duty purpose, whether CVD should be included or not. Now there is no EC & SHEC on excise duty. Kindly clarify.

Dear
CESS and SHEC shall be payable on Total of Basic Custom duty and CVD 3(1). However no more cess in excise duty but there is no clarification in this regard by cbec. Hence Compute CESS and SHEC on Combine amount of Basic Custom duty and CVD 3(1)
