Urgent - ca had already taken maximum articles

Instead of asking here my friend i will suggest to tell and communicate your problem drectly to ICAI, but i dont think anything will happen as a CA can't have artcles more than the presrcibed limit

I told my CA this problm, my CA told me that before hiring me, he had already terminated one article... but apparently he had not received the confirmation of termination from ICAI before hiring me... Hence the ICAI thinks he is still full

Steps:-

1. Find out eligibility of No. of articles your principal can have based on his number of year in practice

2. Find out number of articles registered under him on the date of your enrollment as article

3. Find out their date of completion of article training

4. Find out whether any article whose article ship is completed/terminated has been filed with ICAI

5. If yes and if vacancy still exist, you may send the forms of completed/terminated articles and get your registration valid

6. If no such vacancy exists find out any other partner who can engage you under him/her in the same firm

7. If still no, then enage yourself with some other CA and write to ICAI giving full discripttion of the case. ICAI may on the basis of merit, consider your this ptraining period as part of your articleship.

Hey dont worry send registration form again with another CA and send pay a DD of Rs.300 for late registaration and letter of delay.But your new CA have 2 accept that you hav joined before 30th april..convence ur CA thats all over
