Yes u can serve extension UNder another CA....But if u do that i think u will have to submit another 103, Im not sure

As for me i had done the extension under the same CA. for that i needed to get Form 107 Frank it and fill it and send along with 108.

u need not submit form 103

instead u have to fill form 107 for supplementary articleship for 65 days

if u want to serve the rest of the period hereinafter called as the extended period 

you have to fill form 102+103

form 107 will not be applicable in that case

and u will have to submit the said forms before 30days

even if a ca does not have additional seats in his capacity 

he can recruit a supplementary article for such extended period

My Query is regarding articleship only so posting in the same post

I m a student of PCC and now i want to convert to IPCC to terminate my articleship. i have completed my two years and three months of articleship. so now i have a doubt that if i have an extension in articleship which all forms are to be fill for conversion from PCC to IPCC and i even wanted to know that how to calculate leave taken in articleship during the period served. I have given two attempt of PCC so will tht days also be included in leave...plz reply soon......thnks in advance

yes u can do ur articleship with any other CA

i want to know whether i can take 1/6 of set off from my articleship extension period as i have taken 1/6 while submitting articleship completion plus extension form which was 140 days now i have to fill form for completion of extension period so whether i can take balance of 40 days or 1/6 of period served during extension plz reply its urgent
