1. A person (Individual) would like to purchase goods Online from Outside of India i.e UK, China
2. Payment will be made through Credit Card
3. Goods will be received through Courier.
4. Then he/she like to sell the goods in India.

What will be the compliances & legal procedings required, to avoid any kind of problem in future.

Does he/she need to get Import Export Code
