i am an ca pcc student i tuk two months leave from office for my nov pcc exams & i appeared for group 1, now i want leave from jan1 for my ty exams & pcc 2nd group, but my boss is not agreeing to it.

I want to know can i terminate the articleship, n if i can do then on wot basis? n will i be eligible to give the second group, if i terminte the articleship, because i have completed more than 15 months of articleship & have undergone it training too but i wont be under any employer if i terminate my articleship.

Prerna...as per new rules u can only terminate ur articleship if you are shifting from the city and that too if approved by ICAI..it doesn't matter ki u hv complted 15 months of training..

yes u shud have solid reason for the transfer....and if u r taking trnsfer juss b4 the exams u need to join othr ofc as dummy article....otherwise exam form pe sign kaun karega :D....so dear u'll hav to adjust in this condition only....waise bhi pcc k liye 4 months !!!!! i think its toooo much......
