I'm Gowrish Baliga a CA final student from Mangalore , desirous of taking a transfer from Mangalore to Bangalore for medical treatment of a prolonging health disorder from past 3 years would want to know the chances of my intension being fulfilled. I have tried calling up Chennai SIRC, Board of Studies Noida but nobody even bothers to answer my query by putting my call on hold for long hours which is really disappointing as it is a STD call. I recently heard from somewhere that transfer has become a tough and cumbersome task even in genuine cases, which is again a sad sight for student like me who is suffering from serious disease of a kind. I would like to request anyone to guide on this as soon as possible.

AS per the current rule u r not elligble for the same. I dont know why institute doesnt not looking towards the hardship faced by the students. Why they only think about the members. ???
