Institute allows the study of only one additional course with c.a.

its better to first complete ur b.com from ignou (the term for which is one year) and then go for c.s.

and let me remind u if u are doing cs with ca, then after completing both, u will need to practice either in the capacity of a c.a. or a c.s. 

and as far as the issue regarding e-sahayta is considered , they may mean that they have sent back u the form for the signature of ur principal, dont worry about it.

just wait for the letter to come, the issue will be clear to u.

it would be better if u have telephonic conversation with icai members, it will ameliorate the situation.
