check the institutes web-site, there a particular form which you can submit to the institute.

Its for the transfer in 1st year articleship in the case where C.A is not allowing transfer. i dont know the form number. Please check the institute web-site - in the forms section you can find the form

@ Sagar- Whether its first year or any other year transfer is allowed only when u take signature of ur Priniciple CA and only for 1st year u dont need to take any prior permission of icai  bt for other year u need to take and there is no form on website which can substitute sign of ca.
