My 3. 5 Years articles period completed on 06 June,2012.
In the process of filling the 108 form i am facing certain issues, please assist me in this regard Because of death of my first principal, i have registered articles with another CA .
I have sent 110 form stating the articles period completed with deceased principal , received a letter from ICAI stating as i have completed 2 years 9 months 22 days remaining 8 months 10 days articles should be done with new CA .
Q: Whether i have to state the complete 3.5 years articles period in the 108 form or 8 months 10 days articleship done with new CA ,and at same time leaves taken , number of weeks of articles done in different areas in page 3 0f 108., are to be shown for 3.5 years or 8 months 10 days .
Because in form 110 there only one info is given about my leaves taken and nothing about work experiences.
It is very very urgent..... please help me out...
