Updating data in 24Q Q4

To successfully update Annexure II of Form 24Q Q4, log into TRACES and use the online correction feature under Defaults > Request for Correction (selecting "Add/Delete/Modify Salary Details - Annexure-II" via DSC verification). Alternatively, download the Consolidated (.conso) file from TRACES, load it into the NSDL RPU tool, and ensure that the "Update Status" flag for the specific employee rows is manually changed to "Update" before generating the new FVU file. Missing this operational flag is the most common reason corrections fail to process.
