Quick Summary
This discussion explores the conditions and restrictions surrounding the issuance of unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). While the Companies Act may not impose direct restrictions, issuing privately placed unsecured NCDs can lead to them being classified as 'deemed deposits'. Listing the NCDs is highlighted as a potential solution to avoid this classification.

As per my info and companies act no restrictions SR passing mandatory redeemable with 10 yrs
Ok, thank you.
Welcome
If you issue unsecured NCD (Privately placed) then it'll be considered as deemed deposit ..listing is solution for it...
